Adata gears up for 2025 with new PC cases, coolers, and PSUs at CES

At the show, Adata showed off a host of new hardware it plans to release this year, including PC cases, SSD and CPU coolers, and power supplies. KES 2025.

The first product that caught our attention was the Adata XPG Invader X Pro case, which has a double-curved tempered glass panel on all three sides (we also talked about this last year). Other cases we saw were the XPG Valor Air Nano mATX case, the Invader X Mini ATX case, and the Starfighter and Starker Air BTF cases.

Valor Air Nano is designed for mATX and mini ITX builds and supports a 360mm radiator, as well as ATX and SFX power supplies. While it doesn’t have glass panels like the Invader X Pro, it does have multiple ventilated areas on the front, top, and left panels with mesh to prevent dust from accumulating inside the case. The Invader X Mini at the Adata booth showcases a dedicated cooling circuit for the graphics card and processor with dual 240mm radiators mounted on the top and bottom panels. The case supports up to ATX motherboard layouts, up to 330mm GPU length, 16mm high CPU coolers, and 240mm high radiator. It is equipped with five ARGB fans and has dust filters on the top and bottom.

XPG Starfighter did not mention ATX motherboard compatibility, but it is compatible with a 360mm AIO cooler, SFX power supply, and Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card. The case has a single 160mm fan. Starker Air BTF, as the name suggests, is designed for reverse socketed ATX motherboards, but it also supports standard motherboard form factors from mini ITX to E-ATX.

In terms of coolers, Adata showed off the XPG Levante II, which has a dual-chamber pump unit and is rated for thermal loads up to 320W. Adata has two fans: Vento II 120 and 140, with double NMB bearings and anti-vibration pads with flushing around their screw mounts. The 120mm model is rated up to 3,200 RPM with 89 CFM of airflow, while the 140mm is rated at up to 3,000 RPM with 180 CFM of air flow.

The Mars 970 Storm is a PCIe 5.0 SSD with a Silicon Motion SM2508 controller and a liquid/air cooling unit with dual fans that provide 25% better heat dissipation. It is not sold separately and is a very large block. It would be interesting to see how its cooling performs compared to other SSD coolers on the market. As you can see in the image, this may be a problem for some motherboards that have an M.2 slot located below the PCIe x16 slot.

The two power supplies we saw were the XPG Pylon II and the XPG Pymcore SFX power supply. We couldn’t find much information about them, so we’ll have to wait until we send them out for testing to draw any conclusions.
