Apple Fitness+ launches new workout plans today. this previously announced Content includes a new progressive strength training program designed to take the guesswork out of developing the perfect training program, as well as a pickleball strength and conditioning program.

Apple describes new strength training classes in its products Press release as follows:

Fitness+ introduces a new progressive strength program that guides users through the process of building and maintaining strength, with a focus on efficiency. This three-week guided program offers 12 30-minute exercises for each major muscle group: Progressive Overload (Week 1), Time Under Tension (Week 2), and Dynamic Strength (Week 3). This basic fitness routine is designed for results and repeatability, allowing users to use it over and over again and adjust their weight as they get stronger.

In addition to strength training, Apple is launching a new pickleball program designed to improve strength, endurance, and agility, as well as a new workshop-style class called Peak Yoga Pose that focuses on a single pose to help users build Confidence and skills. There is also a new introductory course on breathing meditation. (Note that Breathing is now a meditation theme in Fitness+, joining Calm, Sleep, and Sound.)

Starting today, Apple Fitness+ subscribers can watch the new content on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. Also starting Monday, Strava users can now share Fitness+ workouts directly to the Strava app, which will display rich details such as episode images and numbers, trainer names, and metrics displayed to the Strava community.
