Apple Vision Pro just got a planetarium, and it’s friggin’ awesome

Easily watch movies, shows and a variety of videos one of the top two best experience Apple Vision Pro. It’s for this reason that visionOS-exclusive apps like TV and Theater exist. The latter app was first launched in June 3D live interviews with Apple senior executives to mark this occasion. Theater 2 has landed today, and with it comes the best new thing I’ve experienced with the Apple Vision Pro.

So there you have it. Theater 2 is now available on YouTube. It can now stream content from your personal Plex media server. Certainly better than the visionOS Plex app that doesn’t exist yet.

My favorite new experience: Planetarium Theater. Talk about a transportation experience. My home office instantly transformed into the theater I enjoyed on a school field trip twenty years ago.
