- Retailer leaks Asus’ upcoming laptop with RTX 5000 GPU
- Nvidia RTX 5090, 5080 and 5070 Ti models have been spotted
- This suggests the desktop RTX 5070 Ti rumors are correct
ASUS has some new ones gaming laptop Incoming and NVIDIAPowered by next-generation Blackwell mobile GPUs – and Intel The same goes for the Arrow Lake chip, details of which have been leaked by some leaks from online retailers.
video card is working on the case, noting that leaked information shows five different Asus laptops equipped with Nvidia RTX 5000 graphics cards, including a ROG Strix laptop that sounds very powerful.
As with any leak, seasoning is appropriate here and we should be forewarned Nvidia Blackwell GPU Models won’t be listed by their full names, such as RTX 5090. Based on numerous previous leaks, we know which graphics cards these codenames correspond to, but we still have to be careful not to assume too much.
Theoretically, the Asus ROG Strix G835 will feature an RTX 5090 (with 16GB VRAM) and Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX (Arrow Lake) processors, coupled with 64GB of DDR5 system memory. According to the leaked listing, the G835 is indeed a powerful set of components and will feature an 18-inch display with a 2048 x 1536 resolution.
We can also see the Asus ROG Zephyrus GU605, which will apparently come with three Nvidia GPU options: RTX 5090, 5080, and 5070 Ti. This laptop will use Intel Core Ultra 9 285H CPU, 64GB DDR5 system RAM and a 16-inch screen.
Specs of two Asus ROG Strix Scar 18 laptops and one ROG Strix G16 model have also been leaked online, so there are three in total, running RTX 5090, 5080 and 5070 Ti GPUs respectively.
Analysis: Blackwell launches massive products at CES 2025?
This seems to support some previous rumors that suggested we would see RTX 5000 laptop GPU unveiled at CES 2025and Blackwell desktop graphics cards.
Based on this spill, we will see three mobile models on offer, namely the RTX 5090, 5080, and 5070 Ti, although there are likely to be lower-tier models as well.
When Nvidia launches the current generation Mobile GPUs return to CES 2023we received the entire lineup: RTX 4050, 4060, 4070, 4080, and 4090 GPUs. Note that these are both stock versions, so it’ll be interesting to see a so-called mobile RTX 5070 Ti sneak in.
On the desktop side, the grapevine suggests that for Nvidia’s next generation of products, we’ll see the RTX 5090 and 5080 models at CES in January, and possibly one or the other of the RTX 5070 or RTX 5070. RTX 5070 Titanium – It’s even possible both.
So, does the emergence of the mobile RTX 5070 Ti mean we’ll get it on the desktop version too? That may be the case, but regardless, it looks like we’ll be seeing quite a few Blackwell GeForce GPUs for desktops and gaming laptops at CES 2025. We may also see Nvidia DLSS 4.
