CES 2025: Check out LG’s new 3-in-1 projector with a speaker and mood light lamp

Just before CES 2025. LG announced A brand new 3-in-1 projector that also acts as a Bluetooth speaker and mood lighting. These three functions are packaged into a device that looks like a small floor lamp.

So, naturally, while we were at this year’s exhibition KESWe sat down with LG to check out their new 3-in-1 projector, the PF600U.

Talking to LGThis particular projector came as LG was exploring its line of TV projectors as a whole. According to the company, the existing CineBeam range of projectors has proven to be very popular among the on-the-go youth, even as the overall TV projector space faces uncertainty.

LG’s next step is the PF600U 3-in-1 ‘lifestyle projector’. The round projector sits on a stand, making the entire unit look like a living room lamp. And a projector is also a lamp—that is, a mood lamp with a series of color settings that are projected onto your wall to provide just the right lighting to set the stage for whatever you’re watching. Don’t have any speakers handy? No problem since the projector has built-in Bluetooth speakers.

The picture quality was crisp with FHD resolution, and the sound was loud and clear. The projector can be easily tilted 110 degrees so the image can be projected onto a wall or ceiling depending on how you want to watch a movie or TV show. When the projection surface changes, the Auto Screen Adjustment function automatically adjusts the image angle and aspect ratio to suit your viewing location.

LG does not yet have an exact launch date or set price. However, Mashable reported that we should expect the 3-in-1 projector to release in May or June of this year with a retail price of somewhere just under $1,000.
