Circle to Search is now available for these Nothing smartphones
The Circle to Search feature launched by Google earlier this year is now available on three Nothing smartphones – no phone(2), No phone (2a)and No phone (2a) Plus.
If you own any of these Nothing smartphones, you can use Cycle Search by long-pressing the Home button (if you have 3-button navigation) or long-pressing the navigation bar (if you have gesture-based navigation). The settings for the Circle Search feature can be found under the Circle Search feature on these phones settings > special features > gesture > Navigation mode > Circle search menu.
If you are unable to use Circle Search, make sure your Nothing Phone (2) is running Nothing OS 3.0 (build number Pong-V3.0-241207-0124) and your Phone (2a) is on a Pacman -V3.0-241210-2057. Both phones are already Stable Nothing OS 3.0 update receivedbased on Android 15.

However, Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is still in the beta stage, and the “circle search” feature is only available for devices running the beta version of PacmanPro-V3.0-241126-1448. There is no commitment to releasing a stable update in early 2025.
No phone (2a)
If you still can’t search using Circle on Nothing Phone (2), Phone (2a), or Phone (2a) Plus after updating to the above version, please restart your device and try again.
No phone (2a) Plus
There is no indication that its other phones, including the Phone (2a) sold in Japan, “will support Circle to Search after being upgraded to the upcoming NOS 3.0 version.”
