Critical warning from Microsoft: .NET install domains changing

There is no wiggle room on this date, just like the interim dates for blocking profiles (January 3) and blocking automatic migration to Azure Front Door (January 6). Microsoft recommended that customers complete their Azure CDN migration from the Edgio platform by January 7, 2025 to avoid service disruptions.

However, it said: “If you have any services running on Azure CDN from Edgio on January 7, 2025, and you have not informed us of your plans… we will attempt to migrate your services to Azure Front Door on January 7.” , 2025. We will complete this transition to Azure Front Door as quickly as possible, and this may cause issues related to billing, features, availability, and/or performance you currently use with Azure CDN from Eggio.

In other words, it is best to do your homework and handle the Azure CDN migration from Edgio to another platform yourself to avoid problems. Microsoft has already guidelines published on how to do this.
