Equinix and Dell Technologies are teaming up to offer a private AI solution that will enable enterprises to train AI models across public and private clouds.
Planned to integrate Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA technology into Equinix’s global network of data centers to offer a range of products, solutions and services on a neutral, cloud-adjacent platform, the duo said.

As part of the deal, customers will have access to secure and cost-effective public cloud options, colocation facilities, as well as their own private cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
The Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA combines Dell PowerEdge XE9680 servers with NVIDIA Accelerated Compute, NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet platform, NVIDIA BlueField-3 DPU, Dell PowerScale F710 storage system and NVIDIA AI Enterprise software platform.
The solution will be available in any of Equinix’s more than 260 AI-enabled data centers.

The collaboration will benefit Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA by leveraging Equinix’s data center network, which is said to deliver 99.999% uptime, advanced cooling and reliable interconnectivity.
