GameStop’s Internal Database Lists Multiple ‘Switch 2’ Accessory SKUs
Update []:
Well… we probably saw it all coming, but all of the supposed Switch 2 SKUs have been replaced at GameStop.
Instead of names associated with the Switch 2, each SKU has now been replaced by the term “dummy SKU” (thanks, Nintendo).
Original story: There were all kinds Switch 2 Events This Week and now product listings for new Nintendo hardware are allegedly appearing on GameStop’s internal database.
Several photos I’m getting by nowwhich were originally common to “Opposite-Chemistry96” on the Switch subredditapparently showing GameStop listings for multiple SKUs. To begin with, there are several listings of Express Micro SD cards ranging from 256GB to 1TB.
Last month there were already rumors about Nintendo’s successor system supporting these next-gen cards at higher bit rates, so it looks like it’s adding up. In addition to MicroSD card listings, some other items The listing includes a “Joy-Con charger handle,” carrying cases, and a screen protector.
Nintendo previously confirmed that it would announce Change the “successor” in the current financial year (ends March 2025).
