Gentler Streak improves health metrics, adds Activity Recap 2024

Gentler Streak has also expanded its menstrual cycle tracking capabilities to include new metrics such as previous cycle length and 1-year cycle variability, perimenopausal guidance, improved period duration recording, enhanced HealthKit integration, and information on mood, menopause, and maintenance Active new insights.

For those who use their Apple Watch as a sleep tracker, the Gentler Streak app can now display health metrics such as sleep heart rate, HRV, and oxygen levels in a sleep stage graph, providing a comprehensive view of body behavior during sleep.
