Microhouse Pro, reminiscent of a luxury trailer in its interior layout, has a kitchenette at the entrance with a sink, microwave and mini-fridge; convertible dinette with queen-size bed in the middle; and a bathroom with toilet and rain shower at the far end.
The Pro microhouse is, of course, heated and air-conditioned, and these tasks are performed by an energy-efficient heat pump. With a cold weather package that includes a more powerful HVAC system, you get radiant heating under your ceramic tile floors. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a HEPA air filtration system come standard.
If you want something more than a studio-like microhome Pro, there are 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom models with up to 800 square feet of interior space.

Haus.me says it doesn’t require building permits in most jurisdictions, but I wouldn’t order it without checking with local officials first. It’s very likely that you would Permits are required to connect to the local sewerage and electrical grid.
This is not the only model in the Haus.me range. They also have less luxurious versions of the Pro model (same interior space but fewer features) and larger apartments (up to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). Prices range from $35,000 to $399,000 for the largest model with 800 square feet of interior space.
