I Booked $2,000 First-Class Flight on Alaska Airlines, Not Worth It
- I usually fly economy class, but I splurged on Alaska’s first class airlines ticket to Hawaii.
- The round trip flight cost over $2,000, but I was very disappointed with the amenities.
- It definitely wasn’t worth it for me – hopefully someday I’ll actually have a first class experience.
I travel frequently and only fly economy class. However, faced with long haul flights from the east coast of the US to Hawaii, I decided to rush for first class tickets.
I was traveling without my family, so I thought this would be my only chance to see what it’s like at the front of the plane without spending money on multiple tickets.
After looking at different routes, I chose a round trip flight on Alaska Airlines that cost over $2,000. I had never flown with this airline before, but with excitement I clicked the “Buy” button on a non-refundable ticket. first class tickets.
I thought the luxury experience would be worth the investment. Instead, in my opinion, what I got wasn’t much better than the savings.
