Instagram rolling out ‘2024 Collage’ and other year-in-review features

As the end of the year approaches, Instagram has launched a new year in review feature. This year, you’ll be able to create collages for your Instagram Stories showcasing your favorite moments of the year.

as noticed edgethe new “2024 Collage” feature will be accessed through the “Add to Stories” interface in the Instagram app. When you create a story, you’ll see a new option to create a collage, making it incredibly easy to collect your favorite photos from the year into a single story.

In addition to the “2024 Collage” retrospective celebration, Instagram has also launched other limited-time features:

Instagram is rolling out some other temporary features as well, including a year-end-themed “Add Your” template that lets your friends reply to your Stories with their own. There are also new “New Year” and “Countdown” text effects, holiday chat themes for private messages, and secret phrases like “Happy New Year” that trigger effects in notes and private messages.
