Lava Yuva 2 5G announced: marble back design, notification light and Unisoc T760

Lava Mobiles has launched its latest budget smartphone Yuva 2 5G in India. It brings something new to the series, with a marble-like finish on the back and a notification light surrounding the camera island.

The device is powered by the Unisoc T760 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which is expandable via a microSD card slot.

Yuva 2 5G features a 6.67-inch LCD with HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The display is rated at 700 nits brightness and comes with a hole-punch cutout for the 8MP front-facing camera. There’s a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button, and there’s a 3.5mm headphone jack and dual stereo speakers at the bottom.

The Yuva 2 5G features a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary lens on the back. The software is equipped with Android 14, the battery capacity is 5000mAh, and it supports 18W charging.

Lava Yuva 2 5G comes in Marble Black and Marble White colors and is priced at INR 9,499 (USD 111) for 4/128GB prune. The device will be available at Lava retail stores across India starting today.
