How to install the new public beta

What’s new and more in macOS 15.3 public beta

Apple has introduced an unusually large number of new features in recent software updates. Perhaps it’s no surprise, then, that these latest betas have seen very few changes so far.

A big addition is Genmoji is now available on Mac.

iPhone and iPad users have been able to access Genmoji since their debut in iOS and iPadOS 18.2, but the feature wasn’t previously available on macOS.

Now, with the first macOS 15.3 Beta, Mac users can also access this Apple Intelligence feature.

Beyond Genmoji, Apple is working on Robot vacuum support In the Home app, this affects all Apple devices with HomeKit controls, such as iPads, Macs, Apple TV 4K, and more.

These latest betas are just that.

Hopefully we’ll see more new features debut in Beta 2 and beyond, but Apple is understandably hesitant with this pre-holiday release.
