In just a few years, robot vacuum cleaners have seen an exponential growth in features and capabilities, from simple, decent vacuum cleaners to incredibly functional, powerful and self-sufficient products that not only keep your home clean, but also clean themselves. NarwhalThe leading global smart home cleaning brand, has been at the forefront of this innovation and growth, launching products with industry-first features such as the Auto-Wash Mop, AI-powered DirtSense™ and Zero-Tangle System.

Not resting on its laurels, Narwal continues to push the boundaries of what is possible and set standards in the field with the launch of its latest flagship robot vacuum cleaner, Narwal Flow. With other new products including the Freo Z10, Freo Pro and S30, Narwal has something for everyone. Here’s everything you need to know!

Narwal Flow: Newest flagship takes automatic home cleaning to the next level

Just when you think robot vacuum cleaners have reached their peak, along comes Narwhal to raise the bar once again. That’s exactly what the company did with its most powerful flagship yet, the Narwal Flow. With incredible power and many industry firsts like the FlowWash and Deep Carpet Boost, Flow is the industry’s leading all-in-one cleaning solution that fully automates your home cleaning. These features include:

FlowWash floor cleaning system with EdgeReach technology

The mops of traditional robot vacuum cleaners get dirty quite quickly, especially when removing stubborn stains. In some cases, you’ll need to manually clean the mop to ensure it doesn’t transfer those stains to other parts of the floor, while more advanced robots return to the base station to clean the mop before continuing cleaning. Narwal solves both of these ineffective problems with its innovative new FlowWash floor cleaning system.

The highlight of this system is that the robot now carries both fresh and dirty water tanks for real-time self-cleaning. Constant circulation ensures the mop is clean and always uses fresh water to not only effectively remove dirt, but also prevent dirt and stains from spreading to other parts of the house.

The Narwal Flow also features a track mop with EdgeReach technology, which essentially means the mop can easily extend to easily reach edges and hard-to-reach areas. Compared to its competitors, the Narwal Flow Track Mop provides a larger cleaning area and eliminates any cleaning gaps that typically occur with robots with roll mops.

The mop also rotates counterclockwise, in the opposite direction of the robot’s movement, to ensure full contact with the surface. This pushes the debris forward so it doesn’t allow any dirt or debris to pass through. Combined with the FlowWash system, which provides a continuous supply of fresh water, Narwal Flow tackles even the most stubborn stains without any problem.

Deep cleaning of carpets and no tangles

Another industry first from Narwal is the innovative deep carpet lift feature. When Flow detects carpet, the brush cover automatically moves closer to the ground, creating a high-pressure air zone that kicks up more dust. The robot also moves back and forth to ensure the roller brush picks up all the dust and debris, effectively doubling the dust collection speed when deep cleaning carpets.

Anyone who has a pet knows how painful it is to constantly have to stop and untangle the roller brush of a robot vacuum cleaner. Narwal solves this serious problem with a zero-tangle roller brush that features a conical design with angled bristles and rubber strips. This design greatly reduces hair frizz and guides and discharges hair directly into the suction port to prevent tangling.

Likewise, you also get dynamic, tangle-free side brushes that move in a “detangling” motion to free trapped hair and direct it straight to the air intake for quick removal. Speaking of side brushes, it has two bristles, the movable one is longer than the fixed one. They are angled to each other and work together to provide a more thorough cleaning. In corners, movable bristles are combined with fixed ones, which provides greater coverage and better cleaning of corners.

With a colossal suction power of 20,000 Pa, Narwal Flow can easily handle any dust, debris and deep carpet cleaning.

Avoid obstacles with dual AI

Narwal Flow is equipped with autonomous driving-level AI with industry-leading 10 TOPS processing power, so you get advanced technology for smart, efficient home cleaning. Thanks to two HD RGB cameras, the robot can recognize up to 200 objects in real time, allowing it to intelligently navigate its way and avoid obstacles.

It expertly avoids socks, wires and other obstacles, removing items within 1cm of them for a thorough clean. The robot also makes cleaning decisions in real time and automatically adjusts suction power based on different types of mess.

Multifunctional 8-in-1 base station

To top it all off, Narwal Flow comes with an 8-in-1 base station that automatically removes dust, washes and dries the mop, cleans the dock, dispenses detergent, fills the water tank and, of course, charges the mop. robot. The large 2.5L dust bag provides up to 120 days of hands-free operation for truly automatic home cleaning.

Narwal Flow will be available in mid-2025.
