Nothing kicks off Android 15 rollout, here are the eligible phones

After months of testing, nothing came of it declare The stable version of Nothing OS 3.0, its version Android 15finally ready for prime time. As expected, the new Nothing OS 3.0 brings new features and enhancements that further improve the user experience, as well as more customizable and shareable interactions.

While Nothing didn’t delve into details about the update, it did share some tidbits about what to expect. In addition to all the new features Android 15 Nothing typically brings the following additional enhancements:

  • Improved quick settings
  • Enhanced popup view
  • Visual and performance enhancements
  • Update layout

Nothing OS 3.0 also offers new ways to interact with friends and family through shared gadgets that appear on the newly designed, fully customizable lock screen. Remember, shared gadgets are only supported between Nothing devices. Additionally, only photo gadgets (square) can be shared.

As part of the Nothing OS 3.0 update, new productivity-enhancing widgets such as the Countdown Widget allow users to stay on track, while the AI-powered Smart Drawer enables users to automatically sort apps into folders. The Countdown Widget will be available on Google Play later this month through the Nothing Widgets app. Android 15 Now rolling out Phone(2) and Telephone(2a)staggered throughout the end of the year. If you don’t own either phone, you’ll have to wait until next year.

There is no news that Phone (2) and Phone (2a) will be followed by Phone (1), Phone (2a) Plus and CMF phone 1 Early 2025, so there really isn’t much to wait.
