One of the most beloved Call of Duty games, and a unique shooter from the X360 era, are seemingly coming to Game Pass
It looks like one of the Game Pass updates next year will bring us some classic bangers, especially for those of us who grew up playing shooters on the Xbox 360/PS3 generations. The latest leak is yet another sign of Microsoft’s continued interest in expanding its service lineup with back-catalog classics from many of its studios.
This time Xbox refuses deep well Activision Blizzard.

According to an insider and author of eXputereXtas1s, Call of Duty: World at Warand also Singularity both are on their way to Game Pass. EXtas1s has a decent track record when it comes to these types of leaks.
An insider shared a screenshot of World at War in the Microsoft Store, which makes PC games available if they are part of PC Game Pass. It’s highly unlikely that Activision is simply going to start selling the PC version through the MS Store. A more likely scenario is preparation for the announcement of Game Pass.
Considering that the lineup for consoles and PC is almost identical, it makes sense that World at War will also appear on Xbox Game Pass at the same time. Interestingly, the list does not include support for achievements, although it may simply not be available at the moment.
World at War is, of course, well remembered for introducing the Zombies mode to Call of Duty. Co-op survival mode started out as something of an Easter egg aimed at a small number of people, but has since become a major part of Treyarch’s games. Zombies also appeared in non-Treyarch-developed Call of Duty games and are considered a mainstay of the series today.
Another classic Xbox 360 shooter that’s part of the same leak is Singularity, a 2010 sci-fi shooter from Raven Software that’s much more valuable today than it ever was when it came out. Bad news? These two games obviously won’t make the list until May. This is almost halfway to 2025. It’s likely that we’ll even see some other Call of Duty on Game Pass before then, but that’s what we need to do for now.
