Pokémon TCG Pocket Wonder Pick Event Begins Today With No Official Announcement, But Here’s What’s Coming
Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket Today, January 7, a new event, “Wonder Selection”, starts, but, oddly enough, it has not announced it, nor added missions with rewards or items to the store.
However, data miners have already revealed everything that will happen with the digital TCG in the near future, so details about what will happen and when are already available.
The Choice of Wonders part of the Charmander and Squirtle’s Choice of Wonders event is the only aspect available at the moment, but as reported Pokemon Zonedata confirms that the rest will arrive tomorrow, January 8th. This is the first time that developer Creatures Inc. postpones the release of the event.
However, everything else is relatively standard. The Miracle Pick event will allow players to access free bonus picks for a chance to receive the Miracle Hourglass, Blastoise Event Store tickets, and Charmander and Squirtle cards, including two new promo versions.
Missions will encourage players to do all of the above, rewarding them with Event Shop tickets for choosing Wonders three, four, and five times, as well as collecting one Squirtle and one Charmander.
The second part of the “Choice of Wonders” event will begin in a week, on January 15th. It will offer event store tickets to select wonders one to six times, as well as collect five and 10 fire cards and five and 10 water cards.
Unsurprisingly, these Blastoise Event Shop tickets can be used to purchase Blastoise themed items in the store. The first part of the event will see the release of a cover featuring Blue and Blastoise, a background release of Blue, and a background release of Tiny Temple.
