
Redmi to bring Turbo 4 with a massive battery
Redmi brand is gearing up to launch Turbo 4 smartphone in 2019 The second day of the Lunar New Year. The new device is confirmed to come with a massive 6,550 mAh battery – the largest battery Xiaomi has ever used in a smartphone.
The phone will also come with IP68 and IP69 certification, and we saw in an early unboxing that it has a dual-LED ring light around the camera lens on the back.

The 6,550 mAh battery itself isn’t new – it’s a Si/Ca dual-cell solution also used in Redmi K80 The program started five weeks ago.
Still, it’s a huge technological advancement in terms of battery capacity, and the brand promises all early adopters a five-year warranty or 1,600 full charge cycles on the battery.
