So the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus will likely reflect this, and we’d be surprised if it costs less. But since its chipset is likely to be more expensive than last year (as mentioned in the Galaxy S25 price section above), we think it could be priced a bit higher.
A leak claims that the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset it uses will cost Samsung around $40 (around £30/AU$60), so that amount may be added to the price of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus.
In this case, we might be looking at something like $1,040 USD / £1,040 GBP / AU$1,760. However, this is just a rough guess, with another leak (linked above) stating that the price has increased by around $105 / £80 / AU$165, while on the other hand another source (also linked above) states No price increase.
But for now, it’s expected to be slightly more expensive than the Galaxy S24 Plus.
That being said, the price increase would push the price into four figures in the US and UK, which is probably what Samsung wants to avoid, so keeping the price the same as the S24 Plus isn’t out of the question.
