Samsung Galaxy S25+ review
Introduction
One does not just go and buys Galaxy S25+. You need to specifically want an intermediate model, a version that did not become Ultra and instead turned out to be an enlarged Galaxy S25. And this year, the reason for obtaining a plus model has a name, and this is an elite Snapdragon 8 chip.
Chipset is a version of “for Galaxy”, and this is really the only significant update since the Galaxy S24+. This provides more than 30% of increased performance throughout the fee, Wi-Fi 7 Connection and Bluetooth 5.4 support.
The rest of the Galaxy S25+ is identical to the Galaxy S24+, starting with the design of glass with an aluminum chassis and the IP68 rating. Then there is a 6.7-inch dynamic AMOLED 2X-screen with a resolution of 1440P and a dynamic update of 120 Hz.
All four cameras are a coincidence with the Galaxy S24+’S -50 -megapixel primary, 10 -megapixel 3 -fold objective and 12 -megapixel chambers on the back, plus 12 -megapixel selfie -shaped in front.
The battery and charging department received a subtle update. The battery capacity is still 4900 mAh, and charging ratings do not change – 45 watts of wired and wireless charging are 15 W, as well as 4.5 watts. The possibilities of wireless charging were expanded to be prepared by Qi2.1.
There are many software innovations, including AI, thanks to one user interface 7 and Android 15. But they will also definitely fall into the Galaxy S24 series.

We think that the most powerful chip in the market will give Galaxy S25+ a much greater chance of fighting than when there is a libs before. This is a more balanced flagship with a premium screen and excellent cameras. It is also not as big as Ultra, and it is more rich in functions than the small Galaxy S25. But we also hope to see increased durability and at least the best ultraval camera this year, which, unfortunately, again pushed for at least one year.
Unpacking Galaxy S25+
Galaxy S25+ enters a thin black box, which contains an ejector of the SIM card and a USB-C cable.
The DN980 Model with a 3a or 25W rating includes. This means that this will not be enough to supply 45 W charging if you have a compatible USB-PD 45 W or higher. You need to either make purchases for a new cable with a 5A rating, or a combined package with a charger and cable.
