Smart home deals I just took advantage of for my move

All of these deals are available on Amazon. Most are marked as “limited time offers” with the exception of “as new” products.

Smart light bulb Kasa KL135P2 (2 pcs.)

I can’t live without smart bulbs anymore, and this is also an easy and affordable way to get started with your smart home. Especially if you take advantage of these smart home deals.

I only really needed two smart lights, so this set of two was perfect for my needs and met all my standards. The Kasa Smart Bulb KL135P2 is brighter than usual with 1,000 lumens of brightness and also offers a full color setting with 16 million available shades. The temperature of the white light ranges from 2500 K to 9000 K. In short, here you get complete personalization.

It’s a pretty good deal at only $17.99 for two units. I found cheaper ones, but they usually didn’t hold up the color and weren’t as vibrant, and the extra savings was about a dollar or two. I might as well get these and they work great.

Like a new ring video doorbell

I also needed to make sure I had a doorbell, and since I was already invested in the Ring ecosystem, using a Ring Video doorbell seemed like the easiest option. Unfortunately, all of Ring’s offerings seem to have disappeared, but then I came across these “like new” options.

This Ring Video Doorbell has been used quite a bit, but Amazon has tested it and found it to be in perfect condition. It really looks like new. I haven’t found a single scratch on mine, it works flawlessly. Plus, it comes with the same warranty as a new device, giving you peace of mind.

The camera itself is pretty good. It can record in 1080p. It supports live video, two-way conversation, quick replies, packet alerts and more. The battery is built-in and charges via USB-C.

Like a new ring accumulator for cam

I already had two ring cameras, but I needed to cover more ground in the new location. This time I don’t share any walls. Again, the Ring Stick Up Cam was not sold in new condition, but I checked to see if there were any “like new” offers and was pleasantly surprised to see it on sale for $49.99. I brought me two more!

I have been using Stick Up Cams for many years and have no complaints. They are beautiful, have survived a lot of rain and mostly lived outside, all without a single problem.

This camera can record 1080p video, offers motion detection, and supports cloud storage. You’ll also get live video, two-way calling, and more. The 110 degree viewing angle is great and the night vision is pretty good.

Amazon Echo Show 8 (3rd generation)

The Echo Show 8 is a great smart display for those invested in Amazon’s device ecosystem.

The Echo Show 8 is Amazon’s mid-range smart display. Its 8-inch screen expands Alexa’s capabilities by adding a visual interface, a web browser, video calling, and the ability to check doorbells and security cameras. You can also get video news and recipes, as well as several streaming services such as Netflix and Prime Video.

I’ve avoided the Echo Show for years simply because I feel like my phone and tablet would do the job just fine. However, I thought it was time to indulge myself a little in controlling my smart home devices and cameras. I deserve it, right?!

Anyway, I have an Amazon Echo Show 8 and bought this one new. This is one of the few Amazon deals that is still $84.99, which is a nice discount considering the retail price is $149.99.

You know the deal: It has an 8-inch screen, which is large enough to easily control your smart home devices, watch content, make video calls, and more. Moreover, the sound is quite pleasant thanks to two 2-inch neodymium stereo speakers with passive bass radiator. It also has a built-in Zigbee hub so you can connect your smart devices directly to it and bring order to your Wi-Fi network.

However, you can also get smaller Amazon Echo Show 5 for just $44.99if you prefer to save money and don’t mind a smaller screen, lack of Zigbee support and a single 1.7-inch speaker.

Nothing will stop me from saving money! I simply refuse to pay full price, especially when I’m faced with so many smart home deals here on the site. Android Authority. Overall, I think I did a great job saving some money on them, even if I was a little late to the party. It would have been so much better if I had bought all of this before Christmas!
