Hellraiser 2 There have been highs and lows since launch, but the new trailer at The Game Awards may be one of the most exciting post-launch developments yet. The new trailer shows off a slew of exciting new additions: first, the new enemy faction “The Light”, which originally appeared in the first game; second, vehicles that Helldivers can ride across the battlefield; third, cities Combat in the environment. These are all part of the new update, portents of tyrannywhich looks set to seriously change the pace of galactic warfare in online shooters.

Since the game’s launch, players have been embroiled in a battle against two factions: the Terminids (a race of giant insect monsters) and the Automaton (an army of deadly robots). So far, Helldivers have fought the war on two fronts. We fought off the Terminatorjust to allow them to create an impenetrable spore wall in their own space area. The Autobots have always been a thorn in the side of Super Earth, and the democratic station built by the players is deep in their territory.
