As announced at Raspberry Pi websiteYou can now purchase a version of the Raspberry Pi 5 with 16GB of RAM. This results in a fairly significant increase in cost, with the Raspberry Pi 5 5 8GB priced at $80 and priced at $120.
Although the Raspberry Pi Foundation has not yet ventured into the realm of 16GB RAM SBCs, the popularity and power of the Raspberry Pi 5 has encouraged them to continue developing this model:
