Tough torque transducer for farming and industry power take-offs
This range, called SGR570, covers from 1 Nm to 2 kNm.
According to the company, the sealing will be IP65, and there will be “analogue and digital outputs same as the SGR520, configuration software, PC connectivity, user-configurable limits and an anti-rotation eye hook.”
For reference, the SGR520 series offers analog outputs of ±1, ±5, ±10 V or unipolar, or 4-20, 0-20 or 12 ± 8 mA. In digital format, RS232 and USB are standard, while CANbus and Ethernet are options.
The new SGR570 will also have some sort of wireless option – as of this writing, this device has not been published. Electronics Weekly has requested a data sheet, so keep an eye on this section if you want to know more.
