UK Charts: 2025 Gets Off To A Predictable Start, With Familiar Faces Dominating
The new year is finally here and it’s time to see how the charts stack up for their first appearance in 2025.
Overall, it’s as good as you’d expect. The usual suspects Hogwarts Legacy And EA Sport FC 25 although you sit at the top of the table Elden Ring continues his unexpected resurgence and climbs to third place to complete the podium.
As for Switch titles, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Party, Nintendo Switch Sports And Mining craft all finished in the top 10 (in other news, blue skies) but the new year also saw a nice rebound for The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdomwhich this time again ended up in the top 20. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate And Pokemon Scarlet also return to the top 40 after being absent for the past few weeks.
