vibrant artworks by iacopo capone-doumas transform athens apartment into living gallery
The art of Iacopo Capone-Dumas fills the apartment in Athens with color
Michail Architects completes all white apartment And the exhibition hall in the very heart of Athens, GreeceWhere artistic vibration meets with minimalism. Created as a personal digression and an immersion exhibition hall for the artist Iacopo Capone-Dumas, the space is determined by clean lines, smooth geometry, a warm wooden floor and a stream between art and architecture.
The walls, ceiling and furniture hold white shades, allowing colorful, inspired by summer arts-mansions, sculptural pieces and installing three blue blue boards for surfing to become a center. Located under the soft curve of the ceiling, the installation of a surfing board enhances the liquid and the dynamic aesthetics of this living gallery.

Michail Architects introduces rotating partitions to divide the space
Athens Michail Architects organizes an open plan for the integration of the kitchen and rest, welcoming natural lights through vast windows that connect the interior with the energy of the city. Monochromatic cuisine dissolves in a white environment, while architectural lighting built into the ceiling illuminates works of art. In the recreation area, two highlighted displays are supervised by small, colorful sculptures, adding moments of artistic opening in space.
A set of four rotating wooden doors, with white stained surfaces and an open natural tree at the base, serves as a dynamic section between the living room and the bedroom. Inside, bold red stripes and non-blue shades from the arts of the bedroom introduce a striking contrast, filling otherwise the restrained space with color and energy. During a dressing room covered by sliding glass doors, they are equipped with wood racks with warm tones, unlike the encirclement.
