vivo to launch a smaller-screen mid-range device next year
Vivo is doing something different for its flagship smartphone series this year, releasing X200 Pro Mini As a smaller option X200 and X200 Professional Edition. And it seems to be selling well.
According to new rumors from Digital Chat Station, the company is currently planning to launch a small-screen mid-range smartphone in 2025. The post on Weibo has now been deleted, which usually means the information he revealed was a little too early.

In it, he claimed that the device will be powered by the Dimensity 9 series chipset, but did not reveal the exact name. This makes us think it could only be a Dimensity 9300 at best, which would make sense for (let’s not forget) a mid-range offering.
The main camera will be 50 MP and the device will also have a telephoto camera. The screen is actually the same as the one on the X200 Pro mini, measuring 6.31 inches, with a resolution of 1216×2640, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits.
Finally, this mid-range model will have a “pretty big” silicon battery, so we think it will surpass the X200 Pro mini’s 5,700 mAh capacity.
