vivo X200 Funtouch OS model gets AI Glare Reduction feature with new update

vivo launched X200 and X200 Professional Edition October starts in China Global promotion November and achieved Indian premiere last week. The phones are not yet available in India, but the X200 is already getting new features through software updates in the Asian country.

India’s vivo X200 runs Funtouch OS 15 and has an AI glare reduction function that “can handle glare in photos taken in the album.” can be found below album > Image editing > Artificial intelligence used to be > Reduce glare.

The update also brings a photo glare reduction switch to the default camera app. Vivo says it “automatically reduces the glare effect of finished photos in certain scenarios and allows you to maintain the glare effect according to your requirements.”

In addition, this software update (firmware version PDF2415_EX_A_15.0.9.19.W30, requires 468MB download) will increase the Android security patch level on vivo X200 in India to December 1, 2024. More information details.

The Indian model of the vivo X200 runs Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15 and promises four years of Android version upgrades and five years of security updates. The vivo X200 Pro also comes with the same promise of software updates.
