Watch the trailer for Severance season 2, ahead of January premiere on Apple TV+
Apple today shared the official trailer for the highly anticipated second season of the hit series “Severance package”ahead of its Jan. 17 premiere Apple TV+.
Based on the snippets of scenes we know about, it looks like Season 2 will pick up immediately after the climatic events of the Season 1 finale. If you don’t remember what happened in Season 1, considering it’s been on the air for over 1,000 days, it’s time to take a look back…
A combination of industry strikes, reshoots and executive producer infighting resulted in a three-year wait between seasons. During this time, the show was well-received by critics and audiences alike, with the Season 1 finale recording one of the highest ratings for a single episode on IMDB.
The second season of “Severance” will be released weekly, with the first episode launching on Friday, January 17. The first season has 9 episodes, while the second season will have 10 episodes, with the season finale airing on March 21.
