Brief summary
Diablo And EA Sports UFC 5 currently tops the list of Xbox Game Pass games this month.
Both of them will be released on the platform from January 14th, and many more games have been added over the past few days.
If you are a fan Diablo IV (and let’s face it, who doesn’t?) and you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass, then you’ve got a treat this month. You can finally see where it all began: Blizzard’s first dungeon crawler RPG has been added to the game library.
Diablo will be available to play at no additional cost from January 14th. You’ll need a PC as it’s not available for Xbox consoles, but it won’t require a crazy setup as it will come in its original 1997 form.
Ironically, the console version was made back in the day, but it was for PlayStation only, so you’ll have to wait and see if Xbox ever releases an updated version for its consoles.
Those who have their own computer will find this a real treat. The original game continues to exist rating 94 on Metacritic and it is undeniably one of the best RPGs of all time – if not, then the best, as it helped define the genre.
As is now common in the series, you fight a single adventurer and must hack, slash, and use magic as you make your way through a procedurally generated dungeon. It was a groundbreaking game at the time of release and a must-play if you’ve never had the chance before.
Released on Xbox Series X/S
Bye Diablo is a PC exclusive on Game Pass, and there are still plenty of games coming to the platform for Xbox series X/S owners too. Really, Road 96, Light year limit, Robin Hood – Sherwood Builders, Rolling HillsAnd My time in Sandrock have already been added in the last few days.
You can also count on EA Sports UFC 5 if you have an Ultimate membership, as it’s coming to EA Play on January 14th (included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate).
Unfortunately, if you haven’t played General’Hood, Escape Academy, Exoprimal, Bullshit, Rebel Sandstormor Those who remained however, you’d better get moving as they’ll all be leaving Game Pass on January 15th.
