Your Pixel Watch Won’t Get an Update This Month

January update to Pixel foldable phone and tablet hit at the beginning of the week and you might be wondering when your Pixel Watch will see the same. Unfortunately, there’s no update expected for the Pixel Watch this month or next.

For those who missed the news because it came out back in November, Google confirmed to us at the time that the next Pixel Watch update is not scheduled until March 2025. They mentioned that the November update is the last update until March in the changelog for this update, and we took steps to make sure we understood what they were saying. They did say that Pixel Watch updates would resume in March.

We don’t know the reasons, but at least there is there was a December feature release so that some Pixel Watch owners can at least see some new goodies. However, there was no actual system update in December, so we’re clear.
