
YouTube TV is hiking its monthly price, again
Well, here’s a lump of coal in your holiday stockings: Google just announced it’s significantly increasing the price of YouTube TV starting in the middle of next month.
In an email to YouTube TV users, Google said it would raise the monthly price of its live TV streaming service to $82.99, an increase of $10 from the current monthly price of $72.99.

The price increase will take effect on January 13, 2025, a few weeks after the new year. Existing subscribers will see a price increase on their first bill after that date.
Google adds that if you currently subscribe to YouTube TV through a lower promotional price, your discount will remain in effect until it expires.
